Mensagem:  Ebonics is more or less a dialect.  Or it could be a language.  I have no interest in splitting hairs or getting into semantics.

The problem is, if someone is going to live in the USA, he needs to learn to speak American English.  This is not discrimination; this is reality.  When an Argentine, Uruguayan, Paraguayan, or whatever goes to Brazil to live, he needs to learn the language of the country to compete, and that language is Portuguese.  If he is too damn lazy or unmotivated to study, the consequences are what he has chosen.
