Mensagem:  There are two things here;one is the question about indirect speech and the other point that can't be overlooked is the if-clause (or conditional clause).

She asked me what I "would" do - if - I "won" the lottery.

When you have if as a sentence connector you have an if-clause or a conditional clause.

There must be a verb tense concordance to make the sentence right, such as

conditional IF simple past ( would ... if ... simple past ) or vice-versa

will ... if ... simple presente

would + have (as auxiliary) ... if ... had (as auxiliary) past participle
