She asked me what I would have done if I had won the lottery.
I'd say it this way:
She asked me what I would have done, had I won the lottery. (without IF)
Maybe you thought of the lottery numbers. Perhaps you have written them down, but you never bought a ticket. You explained that to your Mom and now she asks you what you would have done, HAD YOU won the lottery.
