Mensagem:  "Cheap" has two basic meanings in American slang.  (1) A girl who is cheap is more or less a "vadia".  Remembering that "to lay" can mean either "colocar no chão" or "transar", someone who is cheap has been laid more often than linoleum.  (1) Male or female, someone who is "cheap" has no class, doesn't spend a cent he or she does not have to, etc. A cheap person probably gives his/her mother plastic flowers because real flowers are too expensive, steals food from restaurants, always he/she has no money to pay the bill when at a bar with friends, etc.
