Mensagem:  Here more when it comes to Special Courts: Small Claims Court, Labour Courts and in the Electoral system.
In the Criminal Courts I have never seen the case, that what seems what you were talking about, from what I gather in the last post...

 


I read that even a lawyer (in the sense of having a law major isn´t guarantee of going "auto-defesa judicial" (jus postulandi), he would need a lawyer that had already passed the bar (here: passado no exame de ordem da OAB, as you can see in the following item on the section 3. )
