While reading a post from a FB friend, I stumbled upon the phrasal verb above. Honestly, I didn´t get its meaning. Can anyone give me a hand, here? Thanks.
Here is the post: "Just bought whole kernel corn cat litter and I have never been so excited about cat litter before. The pee clumps up and poo doesn't smell. Mood: Excited cat owner."
