Ma and pa are a bit "caipira".  I hear them more in the country. 

Pappy is very caipira. 

Mom and dad are the most common.

Momma (or mommy) sound very childish.

Mother and father are quite formal.

Poppa sounds foreign.  (Perhaps the speaker is the child of immigrants".

Pop is heard, but it's not very common. 

I think in Ireland they use "Da" for father.
