Assunto:  "Ask out on a date"

Mensagem:  Bruno, another possibility is "to hang with" or "to hang out with" someone.  No romance is implied.  It can be used same-sex or different-sex.

I hung out with some friends last night, and we kicked back (drank) a few beers.
(Note that "to kick back" often means "to rest/relax" but in this context it means "to consume".)

Do you want to hang with me on Saturday?  I have to take a package to my uncle in the next city.
