Mensagem:  "Stiff nip" is  very old slang.  It's unlikely that you will hear it today unless someone is saying it in jest.  "A stiff drink" is common.  (Be aware that "nip" has other meanings.  Cold weather can be called "nippy weather".  "To nip" in some contexts means "to cut".)


"Dose" is commonly used in reference to medications, not to alcoholic beverages.
