Deivis, you can give me tips on vocabulary or grammar whenever you like. "Extirpated"? i have to start using that word! Thanks, Dale. Every now and then I attend services at this church nearby my place where its very eloquent pastor always uses the exact equivalent for "to extirpate". It is "estirpar" in Portuguese. He says we should extirpate, rid all sources of sin from our lives in order to live abundantly. I like the guy. He usually gives me lots of food for thought. It goes without saying though I haven't been able to do so thus far. However, wouldn't let the chance to add one more entry to my repertoire pass up. LOL. |
