I just searched "accent reduction" on www.amazon.com and found about 250 hits for books with or without CDs. I would suggest working with a recording device so you can listen to your pronunciation, try to imitate good speakers (such as TV and radio announcers), and find a native who will critique you, telling you what you are doing RIGHT and WRONG. Not just anyone will do. It has to be someone who is educated, has good pronunciation himself/herself, and is eager to be of help.
