President Director doesn't sound natural in North American business language.
Companies usually have a president or a president and ceo, like Walmart's Mike Duke who is a President and CEO.
A Director within a company is a senior manager who reports to a Vice President, such as a Director of Marketing who reports to a Vice President of Marketing.
On a direct line we could say the following, without taking into account other Chief Officers
1. President and CEO
2. VP of ________ department/division
3. Director _________
4. Manager ________
6. Team Lead(er) ________
7. Team Member / Associate / Employee, etc.
