Yep, as always, Dale got it right. The "Collins Cobuild Advanced Dictionary" says baggage is uncountanble (it has U marked beside it).
So "All the passengers carried their own would be rephrase to "All the passengers carried their own baggage".
Funy enough, the Collins gives the example: "The passengers went throug immigration control and collected their baggage."

And guy, later on I will try to think them over, the remaining ones. Now I am in a soup, Gosh! I have plenty in my plate. I hope being moving on June and there are plenty of arrangements to make, in the middle of all that comes these boys with Maths homeworks, having to replace the car radiator and all that jazz. Kinda killing a lion a day. Anyway I have to run and fast! as in:
