Sight translation is a form of Tradução Oral because in Sight translation the interpreter is handed a document that must be read in the target language. 

I have seen it done in churches where a consecutive interpreter is told to read verses from scripture (the advantage in that situation is that the interpreter has the Bible already translated in the target language.
