Mmmm I didn't get the "?" at the end...is this a question?
If you are trying to create a question for the sentence in bold then I would say:

Is Mary coming to the party on Saturday?
Will Mary be able to come on Saturday to the party?
Do you know if Mary will come to the party?
Have you heard from Mary, is she coming?


Mary won't come to the party on Saturday. I'm sorry about this. 

I wish Mary would be able to come [on Saturday] (you don't need to repeat because you already know that you're talking about the party on Saturday).

I wish Mary could make it. [to party on Saturday]
