| Mensagem: | You shouldn't be so worried about that because your son is going to experience the local language exhaustively out of work. If he's interested in having a normal social life, I bet he will be speaking it soon. Learning a language by interacting with its speakers in real contexts of use is one of the best ways. But, he must be careful with the cultural habits of the place he's going to live. In Asian countries, people's behaviour is completely different from the Western society. If he succeeds in overcoming the cultural barriers, he will be able to communicate effectively. |
