PPaulo, I got some ideas from you, thanks. When you talked about “to be treated as special clients” I remind banks in BR , in Banco do Brasil , if you are a Stylus client you have special room, special lines  and thing go more easily . At Itaú there is a special branch ( personalité) for those who makes a certain amount and have investments in the bank. Do Americans have something similar in their banks ?
