Not really adding much to the central theme proposed by OP, just making a comment: Taken from the link http://www.sk.com.br/sk-ccmor.html Brazilian bureaucracy is heavy and doesn't always make sense. Be patient with Brazilian bureaucrats when you have to deal with one, and remember that a smile works better than any kind of confrontation because they can always bend the rules a bit (in favor or against you). I think this is one of the worst things we have in our country. Someone who is supposed to provide you with information/services might simply decide they "não vai com a tua cara" and just provide a poor service/information or straight up disinformation. It is even scary that someone can bend the rules for simply not liking you and be allowed to completely get away with it. That is exactly why this happens, without consequences for corrupt behavior people who are not friends with you just don´t give a damn. Just saying. |
