Assunto: | Do you have any system for reviewing new material? |
Mensagem: |
Hello there sk.com.br people. I was thinking about much new material I see or look for when I need it to only to forget its correct usage or forget it entirely. I mean, it is such a waste of time if you learn some interesting new thing today but can´t recall much of it a month from now. This is pretty common for me when reading certain types of books. In a single page there can be several words I have never seen in my life. Then I go for some talking dictionary to listen to it and read its meaning. Two weeks from then I can´t recall it very well, or at all sometimes. So I come to you fellow forum posters, and ask: Do you have any sort of systematic way for studying new material? It doesn't have to be English language learning related. If have something that works elsewhere it likely would be useful as well for this purpose. |
