Mensagem:  well this is a specialised economic term but the expression risk-weighted means something like - taking the risk into account, estimating a value which takes account of the risk associated with the asset,

i do not have specialised knowledge about economic matters but i tend to think that where an expression "x-weighted" is used this indicated that "x" (whatever it be) has been taken into account in calculating value, security, etc
