Mensagem: | Considering the Pact of San Jose, 1969, art. 18 of the Convention, the American Convention on Human Rights (also called the Pact of San José, Costa Rica and acronym (CHAD), everyone has the right to a given name and the names of his parents or that of one of these. A law shall regulate how to ensure all this right by fictitious names, if necessary. Brazil and USA are signatories to this Covenant, and other countries. |
