Is the term coffee break can be used at the beginning of a congress folder program? ( use apenas um verbo auxiliar em cada pergunta, assim "can be" deve ser deletado da frase porque "is" é o auxilar.  Is / the term coffee break / used / at the beginning of a congress program ? ( em inglês americano,  program  descreve as atividades do dia e seus respectivos horários; e brochure é um livreto. ) 

I know that coffee break means is a pause for to have some coffee, and something to eat, so it is properly can be used in the middle of the meeting .

Some friends of mine ( some friends of mine é correto, mas prefira usar menos palavras, My friends want to write down elaborate a congress folder program in Porutuguese beginning with coffee break . They are telling me that break here in this case means breakfast and could be used in the the beginning of the program ( which is in the morning ) .

I'd like to stick to break as a pause, not breakfast. 

BTW, if it will be isn't right to use "coffee break" it at the beginning of the program, which term could it be substitute replaced with ?
