Mensagem:  Looks like they have an equivalent or similar concept out there.
In fact the examples I have given would more appropriate to say that they are part of the ''Fit for work Exam"

So, as mhw has pointed out,  "Fitness For Duty Exam" would be more to the point when talking about employees that already work, and mainly, took some short-leave  or extended absence.
