About your sentences:
- We have to strive not to have our beauty faded over the years.
I would change the word "faded" to "fade" because it will take place in the future. How will you prevent your beauty from fading? Will you have surgery? Will you refrain from smoking cigarettes? Will you use cosmetics to keep your skin soft?
- God gives us the gift to understand that to have our beauty fade as we get older is part of life.
Here I would change "that to have our beauty fade" to "having our beauty fade." The sentence is correct but akward.
Hope this helps, Tom
