Bom dia.

Eu estava lendo um texto de um curso online e encontrei a seguinte sentença:

"Sinclair was one of the responsible for the launching of the Cobuild dictionary, the first corpus-based dictionary."

A minha dúvida é quanto ao uso da palavra "responsible" como substantivo. Isso está correto?
