Mensagem: | I'm American. It's definitely "open your books TO page X...". As someone said earlier, if the teacher is referring to a picture on a particular page, he/she might say "if you look on page X, there's a picture of a....". However, always use "to" if you're asking someone to open to a page. It makes sense too. One opens to a page (this is motion), but the picture is physically "on" the page. |
