You have a point. But this is a kind of 'fixed expression' or manner of speaking.
With sentences with "can´t" and "no more of" meaning that one situation can´t persist, or you need to change it OR you aren´t capable to keep a situation like it is (it´s unsustainable, try as you might).
It´s a kind of "I can´t do it anymore" (you can choose a verb to do it - in our case, 'light'.
I can´t hear no more of stale ideologies. (enough!)
I can't take no more your immaturity. (the cup is filled, OR it´s impossible it´s the point of inflexion here. Unsustainable then.)
Sometimes music has it ways, that is, there is a kind of special grammar to music and day-to-day English interactions...
