Mensagem:  It's a contraction of the word "them" as shown here: "The peaches look good. Let's eat'em!!" "The weeds are bad in the garden. Please pull'em out." "I saw'em running away from the bank and thought they were robbers. I didn't know it was the start of a foot race." "Johannes saw lots of questions in the forum and answered many of'em." I don't think it's a grammatically correct contraction like "they're" and "isn't" but rather a pronunciation thing.
