Mensagem:  Tom,
Checked both sites and it seems a rather difficult to find a translation for "to tease"; the words I informed before were wrong - to tease, as far as I could understand, is "to perm" ou "get a perm done" with a woman´s hair, isn´t it?
To get a perm you need chemical treatment as well as rollers(curlers)to end up with a curly hair. Maybe when you tease a hair all you need is a comb (to comb in opposite didection)!

What about the opposite, when you have a kinky, curly or Afro hair and you want it straighten out? Do you "untangle" ?!?
Wouldn´t there be another word for it?This would be "alisar" in portuguese!
