Mensagem:  Anyhow, I appreciate your concern and would like to let you know that I am in great shape, that was just an example to emphasise the tense. lol ::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::: I know, I know, sometimes it's the tense. Anyway: I realize= simple present = now I realized= simple past = specific moment in the past: yesterday, on my wonderful vacations last week, etc I have realized= some time in the past but not defined: lately, these days etc. Mixing up realize (now) with gained (in the past )is bound to give some problems. If you are in shape , don't let it worry you!
