Mensagem:  I don't think there is a word that can be used to translate "rodizio" but that you have to explain what is done at the "rodizio" during the meal. Rodizio translates as: turn, round or rotation. In the sense of waiters bringing wave after wave of various types of meat it has to be explained. The meat is served in rotation; the waiters circulate with the meat during the meal. If you visit the tourist sites explaining what's available in Brazil and those few sites that advertise Brazilian bar-b-que restaurants in the USA you will see that they don't translate "rodizio" into English. Maybe there is no word yet. So, one would have to say "take part in a bar-b-que wherein many types and cuts of meats are served continuously until the client (guest) has had his fill" or maybe, "select and enjoy various cuts of meat served by waiters who carry the delicacies directly from the fire to the table, weaving among the guests and offering the choice cuts before returning the meat to the fires to continue roasting over the hot coals or in the soaring flames" The writer has to decide how to use the word rodizio: is it the choice of many meats (chicken, beef, pork, sausage, ribs, etc) at one sitting or is it the act of the waiter bringing those foodstuffs to the table in an unending stream of cholesterol enhancing, great tasting meat. Oh yeah, make sure the cupim is real hot and sliced really thin......thanks, Tom
