Mensagem:  She´s wearing turtleneck or turtlenckes? Which one is correct? "SHE'S WEARING A TURTLENECK." She´s wearing a turtleneck shirt or turtlenekes shirt? Which sentences are correct and which one are not?? NEITHER IS CORRECT. "SHE IS WEARING A TURTLENECK SWEATER." A "TURTLENECK" IS A SWEATER WITH A VERY HIGH NECK. PIT COVERS THE NECK AND THROAT AREA WITHOUT SHOWING A SHIRT UNDERNEATH THE SWEATER. TURTLE = TARTARUGA NECK = PESCOCO <-- HERE'S THE PROBLEM. TURTLENECK = GOLA DE TIPO TARTARUGA (GOLA ALTA)
