Mensagem:  You can't say "My teacher is run out money." because is sounds wrong. "My teacher is out of money." is correct. Also, "My teacher has run out of money." is correct. Or, "My teacher will/may/could/should/might run out of money." are other choices. We run out of things, sugar, time, etc. The preposition "of" is required in front of the noun.
