Mensagem:  Alo queridos ajudantes! I know you're out having fun and I'm inside studying, but when you get back in, can anyone give me an English equivalent of this phrase other than "dry & wet"? It's the title of a section of commentary by my favorite writer, Joelmir Beting. It's always seemed to me kinda like a "cut to the chase," or "the gist of it," a condensation or reformatin of the thoughts of his "alálise do dia." How far off am I? Whenever you're through playing . . . eu vou lhe/s agradecer :):):) Ana P.S. What did he do, anyway, to get "booted off" of O Estado? Por causa da minha falta da língua, I was never quite sure of whom he offended so much that they stopped running his column ... does anyone know anything about this? Or is this for another website . . .? If so, I'm sorry.
