Like Johannes says, the first two sentences are okay. The third needs a word after "to" (to do, to sort, to find, to analyze, etc). It just is incomplete. Sort of like this sentence using an "ar" verb in Portuguese: "Acho que ele que ar algo." cozinhar, jogar, fomentar,??
