A friend of mine from the united states is trying to organize a brazilian (gaúcho) churrasco (bbq) in his home town and asked me for advice. Since i am ignorant on the manner i was wondering if anyone could provide information concerning the preparation of the meat, what meat should be cooked and about the cut.
The only thing i remember about gaúcho churrasco is that you are supposed to cut the meat in the direction on the tiny meat strips ( or was it in the opposite direction?)
P.S Is there a special brand of chimarão mate or tea that is better for drinking when having churrasco?
