Mensagem:  Major differences. The fact that you don't see them shows that you don't understand the tense. I'm only pointing it out so you can improve your naturalism - which is already good, but if you want to take it to a high level like this then we have to be very specific: Your example: "By the time you finish college, you will have been 22 years old". There is no point to using the past participle "been" in this sentence. "22 yrs old" is concurrent with the time being described by the verb "will", so one would use the "be" form of the verb: "By the time you finish college, you will be 22 years old". My example: "By the time you finish college, you will have been through 16 years of schooling". After the past participle, one must add a phrase that refers back to events earlier than the voice indicated by "will". Anything will do, as long as it refers to action completed before the future time, not concurrent with it. Like I said, this is a complicated tense.
