Mensagem: | No, your logic doesn't follow for me. Recources should be available to everyone, because no man created nature. Obviously, most people are not going to make use of raw materials, so those that control vast amounts of resources should pay the public for that privilege. However, individuals create wealth. Why would anyone bother if the produce of their own labor was to be public domain? No society can operate unless people have the chance to accumulate wealth. The weakness of the free enterprise system is that invariably some individuals are exploited by others, and forced to sell their labor at outrageous discount, or are dis-enfranchised entirely, because their labor is not needed. More fair payments on the use of public resources will help correct this. Communism won't correct anything, as we well know. |
