Assunto:  Stative (nonprogressive) verbs

Hey Maria


Good old Murphy (English Grammar in Use -- second edition, page 8) has this:


What do you think will happen? (think = believe, an state.)


You look serious. What are you thinking about? (think= what is going on in your mind)


Even if you use your brain to create images you are indeed performing an action, so in the second example think is an example of action.
