Mensagem: | "PLEASE", you use when you want to request something of someone, nicely. For instance, instead of saying CLOSE THE DOOR, you should say /PLEASE close the door/. It's all about being polite. You could use it in the beginning or at the end of the sentence. Ex: Close the door, please. "WOULD", on the other hand, is a modal verb. You use it to imply possibility and desire. Ex: I would come to United States if I could. That is, if I got a visa and airfare. I would love to visit RIO. -Miguel Vieira |
