I got a question for you! Why learn Portuguese? I mean, there's a bunch of languages other than Portuguese... so why?
I work with a guy, he was born in the US and lived with some Brazilians for a almost one year. Despite having some confusion with some articles (o, os, a, as, um, uma, uns, umas...) his pronunciation is perfect. As I always read about learning languages, when you have contact with native speakers things go faster.
If you realy want to improve your Portuguese I'd suggest you to subscribe Globo and watch it with closed captioning on.
Take care dude!
