Be careful with "to be unfit". It often has a meaning quite different from "not to be fit".
To be unfit for a position is not to be trained, experienced, qualified, etc. for a position.
This meat is unfit for human consumption. = This meat is will harm humans who eat it.
Smith is unfit for political office because he is honest, doesn't steal, and doesn't lie.
He is unfit to be a teacher because of his drug abuse problem.
Andre says that I am always in shape. "Round" is a shape, right?
