The only things I can think of that "crawl on my skin" are worms, bugs, spiders, etc.  As they walk, wiggle, etc. down my arm, they are "crawling on my skin".  Right?

 

Are you thinking of "things that make my skin crawl"?  If you are, you are talking about things (usually things that other people do) that make you feel sick to your stomach.  These things could include:

a parent obviously lying to a child

a husband tenderly kissing his wife when you know he has a lover

a politican talking to children when you know he is a pervert

a child eating a worm

when you have to be nice and polite to someone you know deserves only your contempt
