Yes, you are totally right!! It depends on the context, but in the original sentence posted by Vinicius you can't know the real situation. (She didn't come round (or around) after accidents.)


I think in that sentence the meaning is that "She didn't come there after the accidents." Maybe the context can be refering about World Trade  Center or other terryble accident that happened.
