No, it doesn't. 

 

What do you mean by "leave"?  If you mean "sair", you could say "I go out on weekends."  The implication is that you leave your house and do something outside, quite possibly dating someone.  You could also say "I have fun on weekends."  There is still an implication that you are getting out of the house.  Not many of us sit at home on weekends and have a really good time.  So few of us date super models.  If you mean "partir", then you need to be clearer.  "I leave my/the city and have a good time (have fun) in Las Vegas."
