Hi Johannes!
Well, you tell me. Eu não disse "atarefado"; foi a resposta a (à ??) minha pergunta. Você tem outra sugestão?

I have no problem with using the word "busy" in English to mean just that, but – and maybe I'm wrong -- somehow it seems to me that "ocupado/ocupada" in Portuguese means "didn't or don't have time for you." I don't want to convey that. I just want to let someone know that there has been plenty of work for me and I've been keeping busy, which is a good thing, not something I want to apologize for. So I was trying to see if there was an alternative word to "ocupado" that I could use.
O que você acha?
Back at ya :)
Um abraço,
Ana
