Assunto:  Where is the sense of this sentence?
 
Mensagem:  Reading some questions of a Fatec's vestibular I found the phrase below:

By this time next year, Hyper ActiveTechnologies expects to have in place software that keys on the type of vehicle entering the parking lot "TO DETERMINE WHETER THE CUSTOMERS THEY BEAR ARE INCLINED TO ORDER", say, a burger over a chicken sandwich.

Considering the capital sentence I couldn't figure out where is the sense of this phrase, mainly "The customer they bear"......

Anyone able to explain it?
