My dictionary also has "community property" for the definition of "comunhão de bens." A "joint tenancy agreement" would be an agreement/contract describing this property (goods, possessions) and who gets what if such and such occurs.
To elaborate a little on "tenancy": While a "tenancy agreement" may refer to a rental agreement," a "joint tenancy agreement" would refer to what is owned by more than one person, "community property." So "tenancy" equals both ownership and occupancy and the context within which it is used must be taken into consideration.
