                              I use "you said it all" frequently. I just got the idea that Sebastian was looking for a more formal way of expresing the meaning of "you said it all".

                             He used "you said everything" which I have never heard. I have heard "you said everything there is to say". I don´t know why this is used instead of  a  simpler and shorter version like "you said everything".

                            I have also heard "you covered it all" .
