"Wrong" is "enganado" and "errado". I was wrong about the date. I gave the wrong answer to the question. The jury convicted the wrong man. It was a wrong number.
"Wronged" is more like "prejudicado". When he broke off their engagement without an explanation, he wronged her. He cheated the customer, lying to him, taking advantage of his trust, and wronging him in general. She was a woman wronged. (Note that these examples do not refer to physical injuries. They refer to people who have been cheated, lied to, betrayed, etc.)
